Short description
The test apparatus shall consist of:
- Base frame made of Al-profile
- Rehearsal table made of steel.
- Carriages made of aluminium.
- Trolley guide by hardened and ground solid steel axles and ball bushings 40 mm Ø.
- Drive wagon by gearboxbrake motor. Power transmission to the main shaft by timing belts with steel cable insert. Longitudinal drive by spur gear on plastic rack.
- Pedal drive by plastic timing belts with steel cable insert and disc clutch.
The linear speed of the trolley is (0,28±0,02)m/s
The distance between the vertical projection of the pedal axis on the table at the rear turning point and the table front edge shall be (800 ± 20) mm. This distance shall be the running distance.
Two clamping clamps are used for clamping the test specimen.
The test specimen is subjected to a pre-tensioning force of 200 N by means of a third clamp, each connected to one piece of weight, and fixed under this pre-tensioning with the clamping clamps.
